Ex-Minister of Transport and Communications, former Verkhovna Rada deputy Yevgeny Chervonenko said this on the NewsOne TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
According to the politician, while Ukrainian officials dream of high-speed tunnels, the country’s railway, built under Stalin and not modernized since then, is crumbling.
