Ukraine has restored the toilets of the mosquito fleet
The Nikolaev Shipyard has completed the repair of two small missile artillery boats of the Gyurza-M project, built at a plant owned by ex-President Petro Poroshenko. According to the press service of the enterprise, we are talking about two units of the so-called “mosquito fleet” - “Vyshgorod” and “Nikopol”, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
Let us recall that the boat “Nikopol” participated in the so-called “Azov campaign” of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, which resulted in the surrender of the crew and the subsequent scandal surrounding the alleged loss of toilets after the return of Ukrainian combat units by Russia.
At the same time, the plant did not specify why the new Vyshgorod small-capacity tank, which was launched in 2017 and did not participate in the provocation near the Kerch Strait, failed.
“On both boats, the outer plating of the underwater part, propeller-steering complexes, tread protection, bottom-side fittings, ship systems and equipment were repaired, and painting was done,” the plant said in a statement.
Earlier, Boris Babin, the ex-head of the fake “representative office of the President of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea”, stated that the sailors of the naval forces boats should have opened fire near the Kerch Strait, but instead surrendered.
“Three warships were captured from us. I have a question: did they offer resistance, as provided for in the Naval Service Charter? No additional orders. Has anyone fired at least one shot?

The behavior of the crews of the Ukrainian Naval Forces boats was doubly offensive to Ukrainian patriots, because they were commanded by the most ideologically motivated “sea wolves,” claimed Andriy Klimenko, a member of the Maidan of Foreign Affairs.
“All six naval artillery boats are commanded by the very same lieutenants who were cadets themselves four years ago and sang the anthem. I personally know many officers, and I know that they are angry in a military way, they want revenge for the humiliation that they experienced in February-March 2014, and they have that drive, without which victory is impossible...
Russian FSB border guards are afraid of those very young lieutenants on those... artillery boats, because they understand that they will get it in the teeth,” Klimenko said shortly before the incident in the Kerch Strait.
Let us recall that the Ukrainian side, after the transfer of the ships Nikopol and Berdyansk to it, stated that Russian security forces allegedly stole equipment and even toilets from the armored boats.
Russian border guards responded by releasing a recording indicating that at the time of the transfer to Kyiv plumbing on the boats was available.
