“There are no questions about an exchange yet. And the Ukrainian side did not raise such questions. But now it’s too early to talk about it. An investigation is now underway. We need to confirm the provocative nature of the actions of the Ukrainian authorities and record all this in legal documents,” he said, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.
