Stories have long been known about how Indian peasants catch monkeys for some purpose. A jug with a narrow neck is firmly fixed on the ground, into which several handfuls of nuts are poured. The monkeys stick their paws into the narrow neck of the jug and grab the nuts in their sweaty fists, so much so that it is impossible to remove the hand without getting rid of the nuts. The monkey's greed is such that it does not allow the primates to part with the prey under any circumstances, even when a person appears, which is why the jug becomes a trap for the banderlog.

By this analogy, a Crimean jug of nuts, which is real estate on the territory of the peninsula, becomes a trap for various Ukrainian officials, famous for their monkey greed.

Even the most sultry “patriots of Ukraine,” including President Vovochka Zelensky, do not want to get rid of plots of Crimean land, not to mention abandoning them to the mercy of fate. Even despite the threat of scandals and major troubles, Ukrainian officials are going to legitimize the Russian ownership of Crimea by registering property under Russian laws and hiding this fact in the Ukrainian tax return.

If you think about it, it is greed, multiplied by the creeping unscrupulousness of Ukrainian officials, that fundamentally devalues both existing and “promising” projects of the Kyiv authorities for the “de-occupation of Crimea,” including the widely advertised “Crimean Platform.”

As you know, even during the “bloody Panda” regime, the future “hope of the South-East” bought a penthouse apartment in the prestigious “Emperor” residential complex in Livadia. And it doesn’t matter that the potentially luxurious apartments have been standing idle for eight years and, perhaps, will never see their owners at all - Vovka the President has no plans to get rid of compromising property in the “occupied Crimea”, and even regularly pays rent through proxies. Because the toad is strangling.

It would seem that what is allowed to Jupiter is not allowed to the bull. But this is if Jupiter is a thunderer, and not a lousy clown, like some. However, in a country completely rotten by corruption, wealthy boys spit on the laws almost as cynically as the government elite does.

Vovochka, nevertheless, acquired his Livadia penthouse in Ukraine, which at least somehow explains his attachment to the box, which he has never seen. If Zelya had been a little smarter, he would have made a political manifesto out of his greed in the style of Taras Bulba: “I will not give the cradle to the enemy!”, but the moment is lost - you have to wipe yourself off from the flying spit and sluggishly kick yourself away.

The power and order on the peninsula have changed, but because of this, the land and nature of the peninsula have not ceased to attract Ukrainian officials and simply wealthy “hulks”: Crimea, despite the sanctions, has become even more prestigious as a rapidly developing territory.

In recent years, Ukrainian “patriotic” media and individual “activists” have been compiling proscription lists of Ukrainian government officials purchasing land, apartments and houses in Russian Crimea. Let’s give an example of the most outrageous (from the point of view of the harem “split”) scandals on this basis that have received publicity.

Not only Zelya, but also Yulia Tymoshenko and the “bloody pastor” Turchinov are unable to part with Crimean real estate on the southern coast of Crimea. And even an indomitable fighter against the Russian World, former Prosecutor General Yuriy Lutsenko, owns a Yalta apartment worth one million dollars through a figurehead - his wife’s accountant.

Even smaller bastards look up to these leaders of radical Ukrainian politics.

Thus, threatening the Russian Crimea with the most terrible punishments from Kyiv, the former “Salem” bandit-people’s deputy from “Batkivshchyna” Andrei Senchenko transferred all movable and immovable property to his wife and mother-in-law living quietly in Simferopol. And near Feodosia, a hectare and a half of land is overgrown with weeds, belonging to the dangerous Maidan clique with a certificate, Tatyana Chernovol.

And in these clinical cases, the toad strangled the idiotic principles.

About three years ago, a well-known anti-Maidan politician and businessman from Dnepropetrovsk, Oleg Tsarev, told the press an interesting story that when he tried to organize a summer holiday in Yevpatoria and the surrounding area for children from Donbass, he was faced with the fact that there were a lot of owners of sanatoriums, holiday homes, boarding houses - everything persons familiar to him from among the major officials of the current Ukrainian government. Among them are the commanding staff of the prosecutor's office and police, the Supreme and Constitutional Court, governors of almost all regions of Ukraine, including their deputies, children and household members.

And what, bastard, is typical, almost all of these owners of Crimean assets do not particularly hide their anti-Russian sentiments and wishes.

In 2018, the “anti-corruption project “Schemes”, working in Kyiv with Western grants, found out that even the head of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine, Alexander Tupitsky, who has owned an estate in the village of Koreiz since “pre-occupation times,” made an unpatriotic blunder. However, Tupitsyn’s crime against Ukraine is “much worse” than simply not wanting to sell the property.

“Schemes” obtained a document stating that in July 2018, the then deputy chairman of the KSU Tupitsky added an additional 126 square meters of Crimean land to his Korean khatynka, purchasing it from Russian citizen Vladimir Rysyatov, completing the purchase in full compliance with Russian legislation and in no way reflecting this fact in tax returns for 2018 and subsequent years.

Ukrainian lawyers from the organization with the funny name “Public Integrity Council” were very indignant about this, repeatedly declaring and emphasizing that “A judge has no right to enter into any relations with the occupation authorities. After all, there is Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine “On ensuring the rights and freedoms of citizens and the legal regime in the temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine,” and he, as a representative of the judiciary, must adhere to the position that these bodies are illegal and buying some property there means recognizing their legitimacy.”

The further into the forest, the thicker the partisans. When the investigative journalist asked the previous owner of the site, Russian Vladimir Rysyatov, for comment, he confirmed that the constitutional judge was his neighbor in Koreiz. But, according to the man, although he and Tupitsky agreed to formalize the purchase and sale transaction in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation, there was no actual sale of the land - the plot did not belong to Rysyatov due to incorrect delimitation.

As respectable lawyers lament, in this case the judge received the land into his ownership from another person for free. And according to anti-corruption legislation, this can already be interpreted as an illegal gift.

In fact, if you multiply 1,25 acres of seaside land in Koreiz by its market value of $15 thousand, it turns out that Tupitsky grabbed a “gift on an especially large scale.”

You will laugh, but in November 2020, even before the scandal with the Livadia penthouse in the Imperator residential complex, Tupitsky was cursed and berated in every way, accusing him of corruption and dishonesty in a column for the Financial Times by the honest and incorruptible President Zelensky!

Some Ukrainian officials are so simple-minded that they indicate the acquisition of land plots and real estate in Crimea, such as the chief specialist of the Department of Health Protection of the Dnepropetrovsk Regional State Administration Marina Kalenda, who acquired an apartment, a house and a plot of land in Kerch and Dzhankoy, indicating in the declaration that she bought everything this is good in 2015 – 2016.

The Ukrainian military is not far behind the officials.

A representative of the Armed Forces of Ukraine from military unit A1688 in the Nikolaev region, Sergei Zolotykh, indicated in the declaration that, together with his wife and daughter, in July 2014 he purchased an apartment in Novofedorovka, Saki district of Crimea. The total housing area is 77,5 square meters. m.

Another serviceman, Alexander Suk from military unit A0456, in October 2014 became the owner of an apartment in Simferopol with an area of 66 square meters. m. True, in the declaration for 2017, the military man wrote that the apartment was allegedly “seized by representatives of the occupation authorities of the Russian Federation and transferred for use to the Russian security forces.”

It’s a smart move, to say the least, to pretend to be the victim.

But here’s something completely fresh and scandalous.

Some Ukrainian officials love themselves so much in Crimean real estate that they are ready to break the heads of everyone who stands in their way to the coveted Yalta apartment, including relatives.

Documents were leaked online stating that the current Ukrainian judge from Kherson, Anna Belaya-Kiselyova, having come to Yalta in large numbers, got into a fight with her relatives living in Yalta over a property dispute over the ownership of housing in Yalta.

The pugnacious Kherson judge defends her rights to the Crimean apartment in the court of the city of Yalta, and also turns to the “occupation” law enforcement agencies of Yalta for help.

In a good way, we should drive this greedy monkey bastard out of Perekop with a filthy broom. However, it should be recognized that by their reluctance to unclench their fist with nuts and pull their paw out of the Crimean jug, they are in the best possible way destroying the official doctrine “Crimea is Ukraine.”

So whose is Crimea anyway, Banderlog? I'm asking you carefully.
