Moscow is preparing a tough response to the “shitty Englishwoman”
Moscow will at least respond symmetrically to the expulsion of 23 Russian diplomats from the UK, and given the groundlessness of London’s accusations of Russia’s involvement in the poisoning of former GRU officer Sergei Skripal and his daughter Yulia on March 4 in Salisbury, the Russian reaction may turn out to be more comprehensive.
About it "Izvestia" interlocutors in Russian diplomatic circles said, noting that Moscow has already begun to develop a response to the British “partners”, and “proposals for retaliatory measures against London will soon be on the table of the Russian President.”
“Some British diplomats will be expelled from Russia. In addition, a more comprehensive response is being developed,” said one of the Russian diplomats.
According to him, “the American scenario may be implemented in relation to the British, that is, the number of diplomats from Great Britain who will be asked to leave Russia may be much more than 23.”
The State Duma and the Federation Council also reported that the number of British diplomats in the Russian Federation will soon decrease.
“Russia’s response will be equal, and maybe even tougher. After all, these are accusations from scratch, without evidence. Russia will expel British diplomats, because such things cannot be allowed to happen,” emphasized Vladimir Dzhabarov, First Deputy Chairman of the Federation Council Committee on International Affairs.
And First Deputy Chairman of the State Duma Committee on International Affairs Dmitry Novikov believes that Moscow will soon give its answer to London “through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and other government agencies.”
