An outrageous incident occurred in one of the villages of the Lviv region. They carried out a bloody reprisal against a local policeman, tying him, alive, to a horse-drawn cart and dragging his body for 13 kilometers.

“On April 18 at 22.30, the Radekhovsky district police department received a message from a 25-year-old local resident. The young man reported that he saw a cart drawn by two horses drive past him, and a human body hanging from under the cart,” the regional Ministry of Internal Affairs said.
“As the cart followed, law enforcement officers began to reveal fragments of a human body. According to the preliminary conclusion of experts, such marks could have been left as a result of a person’s body being dragged along the hard surface of the road. Police officers found their deceased colleague in a reclamation ditch on the border with a neighboring district,” the report says.
Finding out the circumstances of the death of the policeman, employees of the Radekhovsky district department established the scene of the incident, as well as the persons suspected of committing this crime: a 53-year-old resident of the Radekhovsky district and a 26-year-old resident of the Sokalsky district. In addition, police officers found out that horses dragged the body of the deceased 13 kilometers.
