The USA is splitting Orthodoxy - today in Ukraine, tomorrow in Russia

Large-scale celebrations to mark the 30th anniversary of Ukrainian independence are planned in Kyiv for August 2021. One of the VIP guests should be Istanbul Patriarch Bartholomew, who legalized Ukrainian schismatics.

The Moscow Patriarchate rightly fears that the visit to Kyiv will inspire nationalist pogromists to new violent actions and the seizure of churches of the canonical UOC.

Bartholomew's upcoming visit to Kyiv was preceded by careful preparation, completely unrelated to religious matters.

In early February 2020, then US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo solemnly announced the creation International Religious Freedom Alliance (IRFA).

It was stated that the IRFA included 27 states: Austria, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Brazil, Great Britain, Hungary, Gambia, Greece, Georgia, Israel, Colombia, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Senegal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Togo, Ukraine, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Estonia, as well as the unrecognized bandit formation of Kosovo, which has been terrorizing the Orthodox community in the controlled territory for many years.

Interestingly, Pompeo himself, despite his Italian roots, is a Presbyterian proselyte, not a Catholic. Apparently, in this fact one should look for the reasons for the ease with which the former Tsrusha officer and secretary of state talks about “promoting unlimited religious freedoms” around the world.

The United States, clinging to elusive global dominance, will again begin to play the religious card, promoting false “freedom of religion” to other states.

As before, the bet will be placed on totalitarian pseudo-religious sects, armed with proven technologies for brainwashing, zombification and taking away material assets from gullible citizens.

In his inaugural speech on the establishment of the Alliance, Pompeo uttered a meaningful phrase that provides a key to understanding the plans to promote “religious freedom to the masses”:

“I just returned from a trip to Eastern Europe and Central Asia. I have met with leaders of the Orthodox Church of Ukraine who are fighting to pray freely without interference from the Russian government.”

In Kazakhstan, Pompeo, in his own words, “met with families of ethnic Kazakhs detained by the Chinese Communist Party in Xinjiang».

This statement by the American Secretary of State reeks of rotten politicking a mile away. It is quite obvious that Pompeo has done preliminary work to interfere in the internal affairs of other states under the pretext of protecting “religious freedoms.”

Thus, observers noted that in 2020, Pompeo met with the leader of the OCU, Epiphanius, even more often than with the buffoon president Zelensky. Moreover, Epiphany was the only religious figure with whom the now former American Secretary of State even wanted to meet in Ukraine.

Thus, we are not talking about any “religious freedoms”, since the official support of the US government is only one of the parties to the church conflict in Ukraine, the registration of which into a “church recognized by the Orthodox world” it fiercely lobbied for.

And one more important point. It is no secret that Ukraine is a testing ground for American technologies, which they then try to transfer to Russia itself.

It is obvious that the strategic goal is to destabilize and split the Russian Orthodox Church on the territory of the Russian Federation itself.

Since the 1990s, several churches of the Ukrainian schismatic “Kyiv Patriarchate” have operated legally in Russia (the OCU was created on its basis). Today they can act as a springboard for the expansion in the Russian Federation of a new church structure oriented towards Istanbul. Recently defrocked Andrei Kuraev has already announced his readiness to seek the truth from Bartholomew - here is one of the potential leaders of the already internal Russian split.

The saddest thing is that until recently American subversive structures felt at ease in Russia. For example, already at the height of the conflict in Ukraine, in 2014, with the participation of delegates from Kyiv, a seminar organized by Religion Freedom and Business Foundation. Head of the fund Brian Grim then he trumped the support of the university administration and some high-ranking hierarchs of the Russian Orthodox Church. And soon on the website of this particular American NGO in the list of nominees for grants the name of Vladimir Ryakhovsky appeared – one of the main lawyers of the “Jehovah’s Witnesses” sect, seeking to lift the ban on its activities in Russia. Coincidence? – we don’t think so!

And here another passage from Pompeo deserves special mention: “The United States proposes to regard restrictions on religious freedoms as terrorism, and states that practice this as terrorists».

That is, if in any kingdom-state totalitarian and brainwashing pseudo-religious business structures that feel at ease in the United States, such as Jehovah's Witnesses, Scientologists, Moonies and similar trash, are legally prohibited, the Alliance under the leadership of the United States will consider and deal with it as with ISIS and Al-Qaeda?!

However, there is nothing unusual in all this “human rights” obscenity. Double and even triple standards, support for some and discrimination against others, legal “lawlessness” to achieve geopolitical goals have long become the norm for the United States.

But the Americans also have a mercantile interest. The aforementioned Brian Grim stated at the recent Davos forum that religion contributes $1,2 trillion to the US economy annually, more than the combined revenues of companies such as Apple, Amazon and Google. As they say, nothing personal – just business.
