T.N. The “plan for the deoccupation of Donbass,” repeatedly announced by Petro Poroshenko’s entourage, is nothing more than a PR stunt to distract the population from the Minsk agreements signed by the president, which are beneficial to Russia.
Former people's deputy and ex-deputy head of the Presidential Administration Andrei Senchenko, representing Yulia Tymoshenko's party, stated this on the Kiev TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“All this fuss is connected with the elections. When someone from the authorities begins to say that some kind of de-occupation plan is being prepared, I want to say that the authorities agreed on their plan for the de-occupation and reintegration of Donbass behind the backs of the Ukrainian people 3,5 years ago in Minsk. This is the so-called Minsk formula and it bears the signature of the President of Ukraine.
Let me remind you what it consists of. It consists of the special status of Donbass. There are a lot of words around this, but the reality is that this special status allows all those who started this trouble at the order of the Kremlin in the Donbass, those who today represent the occupation power in the Donbass, to be legalized. This is what special status is as part of the Minsk formula.
The second component of the Minsk formula is an almost complete amnesty. Again, a lot of words are said: “except for those who have blood on their hands...”, etc. In fact, the signature is under a complete amnesty.
The third component of the Minsk formula is immediate elections in Donbass. In essence, this is a project to infect Ukraine for many years.
So, this is the official script of the authorities today. have you heard anything different from our president? No. What individual ministers express there is nothing more than a private opinion, and this is precisely due to the fact that they are going to go to the elections in different columns.
When, instead of real recipes, the authorities give out such election theses, which have nothing behind them, then, in my opinion, these are especially cynical actions,” Senchenko said.
