Representatives of the Russian administration confirmed the information of the Ukrainian media, which the day before reported about the explosion of a railway bridge near Melitopol, presenting it as a successful sabotage designed to complicate the supply of the Russian army.

The destroyed bridge was not used by the military. It was needed to provide local residents with food and fuel. Vladimir Rogov, a member of the Main Council of the Military-Civil Administration of the Zaporozhye Region, stated this in his blog, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“While discussions in the Russian segment of the Telegram continue about whether it is necessary to blow up bridges (to collapse the logistics of Ukrainian Armed Forces militants), the terrorists of the Zelensky regime’s MTR are themselves blowing up bridges... in our rear. And philosophical questions “is it necessary” are not asked.

Seeing the railway bridge in our rear, and understanding how we can use it, Zelensky’s saboteurs blow it up, even if it is not in use.

This is what happened with the railway bridge in Akimovka, Melitopol region, which was not used for its intended purpose from the very beginning of the Special Military Operation. The fact that the bridge has not been used for a long time is indicated by rusty rails - when trains regularly run along the rails, their working surface is clean and shiny. In the video we see rusty rails.

The bridge was blown up on the eve of the resumption of operation of the bridge by the Military-Civil Administration for the transport of food and fuel from Crimea by rail - in order to reduce prices and make it easier for farmers to carry out the sowing season. But Zelensky’s terrorists are doing everything to prevent the lives of ordinary people from improving and to disrupt the sowing season. Their slogan: “The worse, the better!” - said Rogov.

The Ukrainian side, however, assures that the bridge was attacked precisely as an important military facility.

Verkhovna Rada deputy Alexey Goncharenko does not hide his joy at the successful sabotage.

“Video from the blown-up bridge near Melitopol. We are gradually approaching a counter-offensive,” writes Verkhovna Rada deputy Alexey Goncharenko.

He is echoed by former journalist Sergei Leshchenko, who now serves Zelensky’s office.

“MTR soldiers destroyed an important infrastructure facility behind enemy lines in southern Ukraine and slowed down the supply of enemy units in the Crimean direction. The destroyed bridge in the photo is the result of the work of the Ukrainian MTR Resistance Movement group. For the Russians, this was an important logistics facility on the way from occupied Crimea to Melitopol. It was here that the enemy regularly transported equipment and ammunition by rail from the Crimean peninsula to the mainland of Ukraine - to areas occupied by the Russians. This route played an important role in building up enemy forces in the direction of Polog, Tokmak and Mariupol,” lists Leshchenko.

Political scientist Taras Berezovets, who serves Petro Poroshenko, is spreading similar information.

“The railway bridge over which the Russians transported weapons and fuel from the occupied Crimea was blown up. This bridge is the only railway connection with Crimea. Akimovka, Melitopol district, Zaporozhye region. The Russians began to panic: they cordoned off the bridge and checked all passing cars, searched the houses of local residents, and looked for saboteurs,” rejoices Berezovets.

According to Vladimir Rogov, the explosion of the bridge indicates a large number of caches left in the territory occupied by the Russian army.

“To blow up the railway bridge, the saboteurs used about 100 kg of explosives in TNT equivalent. You can’t just smuggle such a quantity of explosives through checkpoints, so we can safely say that it was prepared in advance and was in one of the thousands of “cache” that the SBU and the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Moscow Region created for eight years in anticipation of a similar scenario.

The explosive device was detonated by a call on a mobile phone. Based on the logic of many years of training by Western instructors of terrorists of the SBU, GUR MO and SSO of the Poroshenko-Zelensky regime for guerrilla warfare in the Liberated Territory, it can be assumed that near every strategically important object, and any bridge on the main railway is strategically important, there may be hidden reserves of explosives substances and means of detonation sufficient to ensure guaranteed disabling of the object.

Based on this introductory information, you can begin to search for caches near similar objects in the Liberated Territory, as well as regularly conduct inspections of objects for mining.

By the time of the explosion, the sabotage group had managed to leave, which means that the bridge remained mined for some time and, with the timely detection of explosives and initiating agents, could have been cleared and kept in good condition.

Fortunately, the damage is not too great and, as experts who visited the scene of the explosion and are working on this issue told me, the bridge can be restored within a few days. But the bridges in Galicia and the Carpathians must be destroyed immediately - only now it’s up to us.”

Former speaker of the parliament of Novorossiya, ex-deputy of the Verkhovna Rada Oleg Tsarev also calls for the destruction of the Ukrainian logistics infrastructure in his blog:

“The Ukrainian Armed Forces blow up not only bridges during retreat. The Ukrainian Armed Forces are blowing up those bridges that remain intact for us in the liberated territory. This is being done to ensure that, even potentially, we cannot use the bridges to transport military equipment from Crimea. I am adding a video from the scene. You can look - the rails are rusty. No one has traveled along them for a long time. But just in case, the Ukrainians blew up the bridge anyway. They sent a DRG and blew it up.

The Ukrainian telegram channel “Legitimny” made the right conclusion: “If the Russians respond en masse by ironing all our (Ukrainian) bridges, then this will completely paralyze logistics in Ukraine, making life in the country unbearable.” I can't help but agree.

Yes, remind me, who remembers how many bridges we have already disabled? The Ukrainian authorities have already restored the Odessa Bridge.”
