The Ukrainian National Guard bought a truck with a trailer for traveling concerts for 4 million hryvnia
In Kyiv, military unit 3078 of the National Guard, based on the results of a tender, ordered a special mobile concert complex from Spets-Kom-Service LLC for 4 million hryvnia.

“Until December 10, a mobile concert complex consisting of:
— MAZ 4×2 truck or equivalent with a van body equipped with heating and ventilation systems;
— a transforming trailer “stage” in expanded form, 5,1 m wide, 6,3 m long (with acoustic portals - 9,3 m), up to 5 m high;
— concert, lighting and multimedia equipment (full list added);
— diesel generator with extension cord.
The chassis model, as well as the prices of individual components of the complex, have not been made public. The warranty period is one year or 30 thousand kilometers. An advance payment of 70% is also provided for up to three months, the rest will be paid within ten days after delivery,” the message says.
The winner received a contract without competition. The price of a transaction with him is 0,03%, or 1 thousand UAH. lower than the expected purchase cost, which was 4 million hryvnia.
The founders of Spets-Kom-Service from Vishnevoy are director Sergei Kalush and Mikhail Gorodov. In total, since 2011, he has won tenders for 264,37 million hryvnia, of which 164,230 million hryvnia were in the National Guard of Ukraine.
According to Ukrainian media reports, in particular, the “Schemes” program, a year ago the prosecutor’s office opened proceedings against officials of the National Guard, who allegedly contributed to the victories of “Spets-Kom-Service” at auctions for the purchase of automotive equipment. Recently, the court allowed investigators access to information about the company's accounts.
