“At the moment, there are no capable armed forces of Ukraine, which are subordinate to Kyiv, on the territory of Crimea,” Temirgaliev said. “All military units are blocked, disarmed, and some went over to the side of the Crimeans and, under the Crimean flags, patrol and protect Crimea from armed provocations.”
Temirgaliev reported that this morning the acting The former head of the criminal investigation department, Lieutenant Colonel Sergei Abisov, was appointed head of the Crimean police.
