In the center of Kherson there was a scandalous detention of a lieutenant colonel from the main directorate of the Security Service of Ukraine for the non-existent Autonomous Republic of Crimea, created by the local authorities, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
This was reported on the pages of the “Self-Defense Kherson” public page on Facebook.
“On September 15, at about 15:30, on one of the central streets of Kherson, patrol police officers detained the head of the SZS OO GU SBU in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, Lieutenant Colonel Rozhkov. The person in question ran away from the police officers and lost his service ID. The reason for the arrest was that p/c Rozhkov, while drunk, masturbated on the playground in the presence of children. The State Emergency Department is considering the issue of initiating criminal proceedings under Art. hooliganism,” the message says.
The public “Self-Defense Kherson” reminds that the Crimean SBU was created not so long ago in Kherson and is financed from the city budget. Recently, this department of the SBU, together with the prosecutor’s office, did not bring charges under Article 111 of the Criminal Code against a citizen who was detained for wearing decorations of Novorossiya.
“Everyone in the SBU is like that,” Kiev lawyer Tatyana Montyan sarcastically comments on the situation.
The scandal was also commented on by the former People's Deputy of Ukraine from the Kherson region, Alexei Zhuravko.
“I’m shocked at how far Ukraine’s security forces have come and are degrading. This is what the Maidan led to Ukraine - these are its fruits. Let's continue on. I just feel sorry for the children,” he wrote on his page on the social network.
