Deputy Zakharchenko: DPR is surrounded, including by Russia
The DPR is striving to build a new economic model with socially fair living conditions for the population, but at the same time the republic is in a capitalist environment, including capitalist Russia.
The Minister of Revenue and Duties, acting, stated this in the Donetsk Format program. Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the DPR Alexander Timofeev (call sign “Tashkent”), reports the PolitNavigator correspondent.
“If we succeed at least 40-45 percent of what we planned, then I think we will build a fundamentally new economic model. We will prove its viability provided that socially fair living conditions are created for the population. We will create conditions under which the population will not live according to the principle “I wish they would take me to the cemetery as soon as possible, because I’m tired of everything,” but will live in conditions where retirement is not a disaster, they begin to see the world and travel,” the official said .
It is not only the war that hinders the advance of social justice, Timofeev clarified.
“We are faced with a capitalist system. In this sense, we, by and large, remain surrounded. From all sides. Why? Because, with all due respect, Russia also has a capitalist system. We see (in Russia, - ed.) another development,” Tashkent said.
