Kuchma’s son-in-law will open the “Yalta Strategy” at the site of the pogrom in the capital of the agrarian superpower
The Bessarabian market, located in the center of Kyiv (the market with the highest prices in the Ukrainian capital), will become the site for the opening ceremony of the Yalta European Strategy forum.
