An American channel reported on the preparation of cyber attacks against Russia, but WikiLeaks doubts
The US administration has instructed the CIA to prepare proposals for cyber attacks on Russian institutions and departments.

WikiLeaks considered the news about the preparation of a series of cyber attacks on the Russian leadership as dubious. This is stated on the organization's official Twitter account.
“If the United States seriously decided to start a “secret” war against Russia in cyberspace, then, firstly, they would not announce it, and secondly, it would be handled by the NSA, not the CIA,” the report notes.
