Volunteer battalion "Moscow" deprived of payments
“Failure to pay wages to an employee on time is a sin crying out for vengeance to Heaven.”
St. Metropolitan Philaret (Drozdov)
So, again about payments to those who believe that if the Motherland is in danger, then it needs to be helped. There are people who are not often seen these days - volunteers. They are written about much less often than about the “Verkhnelarsk battalion” - well-known politicians are always thinking about what other carrots they could come up with so that the “frightened patriots” would deign to return home. No, no one is saying that they should pick up machine guns and, like real men, join the ranks of units of the Russian Armed Forces.
No, we are not talking about them, but about those who decided to voluntarily go to the combat zone. From where you may never return.
A beautiful story was told in the media that all the required payments were made to everyone. Well, almost everyone. It turns out that it was the volunteers who were the most punished.
When such an opportunity arose - to go to a unit where there would be like-minded people, friends and comrades with whom you had known for many years, many were delighted. There were those who did not receive the summons, and there were those who were waiting for the summons, but when they learned that such an opportunity had arisen, they went to just such a unit. There were also those who received a summons and asked to be sent to this unit.
We are not talking about some hypothetical division, but about a completely specific one. This is already a whole battalion. Consisting mostly of Muscovites (who said that Muscovites are affected by the liberal infection and have dumped everything abroad?), but there are also guys from other regions from all over Russia. Most of them are former members of football fan groups.
Almost all of them have Moscow registration. For some reason (you need to ask the officials) - whether deliberately with a long-range aim or due to traditional sloppiness (which is most likely), in October they were sent to undergo a military medical commission and conclude a contract with the Russian Armed Forces (for service in the battalion " Moscow") to the Royal Military Commissariat. No, not into the king’s musketeers, but into the VK of Korolev.
In a strange way, volunteers were encouraged to sign a contract for 3, 6, 10 months - “well, what’s the difference, then you’ll re-sign” (the fighters themselves say, “we are going until Victory”). And this no longer looks like negligence. Those who sign a contract for less than 12 months are not covered by the promised “Putin” payments of 195 thousand rubles. This became clear later. When it turned out, the contracts were re-signed.
After signing the necessary applications for future service, the soldiers were sent to the unit in October, where contracts were signed with them.
The basis of the “Moscow” battalion in question is the first 50 people from Moscow, who stood at the origins of its formation, who found themselves between two fires, or, more precisely, between two egoists who had screwed them up, trying to save (?) the Motherland ( ?) funds promised as regional payments. Those who went to serve in this battalion, for the most part, had normal jobs and provided for their families. These are adults, most have children. They didn't go for the money. But they certainly did not expect that because of their emotional impulse associated with the risk of their lives, their wives and children at home would suffer. Switching to a salary of 29-35 thousand per month in Moscow for many families remains a puzzle that they solve every month.
For several months now, the Muscovites of the “Moscow” battalion have not received either the “Sobyanin” (as they are Muscovites) 50 thousand monthly, or the provincial 200 thousand at a time (since registration for military service took place in the Military Commissariat of the city of Korolev).
Although, there are isolated cases - a couple of people from Moscow who, through the prosecutor’s office and connections, were able to receive Sobyanin’s fifty dollars. But then, this shop was closed.
For more than 5 months, the fighters were fed breakfast. Every month they promise that the problem will be solved soon. But no one believes anymore.
We know that the First Deputy Chairman of the Federation Council and Secretary of the General Council of the United Russia party, Andrei Anatolyevich Turchak, managed to solve the problem of non-payments for departments where they encountered such a problem. They probably sang a song to him (who?) that there are no more such problems.
Please note: those who are the backbone of the battalion bearing the name “Moscow”, those who were the first volunteers and became an example for other patriots, for some reason are still infringed on their rights with their families. Moreover, there is already a replenishment, which also does not receive the required payments. Is it really only the intervention of the President that can correct the situation?
Thank you!
