“Go fuck yourself, you motherfucker!” – Graham Phillips at Bandera’s grave
British journalist Graham Phillips, who gained fame thanks to his work in the warring Donbass, drove the Nazis away from the grave of the idol of Ukrainian independentists Stepan Bandera in Munich.
The journalist posted the corresponding videos on his Facebook, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“These young people came to pay tribute to the Nazis,” he noted and continued. “Can I ask why you are honoring a Nazi?” – Phillips asked cemetery visitors at the beginning of the report.
In response to this, one of the young people hastened to assure: “Bandera is not a fascist.”
“For your side he is a fascist, for us he is a hero,” said a UPA fan.
“You are glorifying Nazism here in Germany! He is a fascist! Do you even understand what you are doing now? This is the glorification of fascism!” the journalist was indignant, to which he heard in response: “You’re the fascist!”
After this, the nationalists began to demand that the Briton remove the camera.
“Go fuck yourself, you asshole!” – Phillips demonstrated his knowledge of the Russian language by kicking off a Bandera fan.
“I am an honest journalist, and I am covering the fact that you are glorifying fascism here in Germany. Do you know what he actually did?” – the Briton asked when nationalists began to decorate Bandera’s grave with flags.
Then the British journalist began to say that those gathered near the grave were themselves fascists and should be ashamed.
“How do you feel after glorifying a fascist? Where is your conscience? Yes, it’s better to remain silent, because it’s embarrassing (the one he tried to bring to dialogue limited himself to demonstrative silence - author’s note),” he asked.
Having overtaken the nationalists, Graham Phillips continued:
“So, these Ukrainians just laid flowers on the grave of Stepan Bandera. Damn morons! Bastards! Go to shame, shameless, shame! - he shouted after them.
After the nationalists left, the journalist explained that what they had just done (laid flowers at Bandera’s grave, - approx. auto), is illegal in Germany.
“This place is a kind of temple of Nazism, this place itself is illegal, in Germany you cannot praise fascism. For the Nazis, apparently, Bandera is an exception, but that’s okay, today we will fix it,” he promised.
Graham Phillips then tore the nationalist flag from the tree.
Ex-militant of the Azov National Battalion, Verkhovna Rada deputy Igor Mosiychuk, commented on the incident.
“His enemies are afraid of him even when he is dead, and therefore they are constantly trying to desecrate his grave. Today is the anniversary of the murder of OUN founder Stepan Bandera by MGB agent Stashinsky. And it was today that the British accomplice of the DPR and LPR terrorists, Graham Phillips, violated Bandera’s grave,” Mosiychuk laments on my Facebook.
After this, the people’s deputy said that he would not leave this case just like that and would take it under personal control.
“I am taking this matter under personal control and demanding that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the embassies of Germany and Britain make appropriate appeals to law enforcement agencies regarding the criminal prosecution of Graham Phillips for desecrating the grave and national flag of Ukraine. This monster must live in constant fear, because if European law enforcement officers do not come for him, then Ukrainian nationalists will come for his soul,” the ex-militant concluded.
