Footage of investigators working at Kerch college released
The Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation has released a video from the scene of the tragedy in Kerch, where students from a local polytechnic college were shot last Wednesday.
The footage shows pools of blood left after the execution, traces of bullets and the consequences of the explosion, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
Law enforcement officers examined the college building, removed bullets and explosive remains, as well as the destructive elements with which it was stuffed.
The head of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation, Alexander Bastrykin, also arrived in Kerch and held an operational meeting.
He ordered to study the biography of the murderer Vladislav Roslyakov and his family, the criminal’s environment and the “climate” in the college where he studied.
“It is necessary to study the situation in Roslyakov’s family, what kind of relationship he had with close relatives, find out whether this family was in a socially dangerous situation, whether the young man had previously shown aggression and other inappropriate actions, whether there were any other alarming signals about his state of health and behavior and whether the necessary measures were taken by relevant services, including medical workers, to prevent and eliminate them. It is important to find out the reason for the attacker’s aggression,” Bastrykin said.

Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation reclassified the criminal case,initiated in connection with the emergency in Kerch, from the article “terrorist attack” to “murder”.
The killer turned out to be a local college student, 18-year-old Kerchan resident Vladislav Roslyakov. A former classmate of Roslyakov said that he had long wanted to commit suicide and was interested in the biography of maniacs.
