The SBU and the police are creating a nightmare for the Zhytomyr diocese of the UOC
The National Police and the Security Service of Ukraine conducted 8 searches in the buildings and premises of several dioceses in the Zhytomyr region, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
This was reported by the local police.
According to law enforcement officials, the searches were carried out as part of a criminal investigation initiated under Art. 161 Violation of the equality of citizens depending on their race, nationality, religious beliefs, disability and other grounds) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
Also, the police added that searches took place in Zhitomir and the cities of the Zhitomir region: Korosten and Ovruch, as well as in Kyiv.
