The unprecedented measure of opening fire in the Donbass, without coordinating shelling with the higher command, is being introduced by the Ukrainian leadership in connection with periodic effective strikes by the LDPR defenders on combat control posts of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
Ukrainian military expert Taras Chmut stated this on the Skrypin YouTube channel, PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

Because we have seen systemic violations in recent months, dozens of UAV flights, under a dozen broken rear command posts at the battalion level, including battalion command posts, which has not happened to us for many years.
That is, not point-by-point stories, but the systematic work of the Russian army, cannon artillery, when adjusting from drones, including in populated areas. Which maximally contradicts any previous agreements, processes, assignments, and so on,” the Russophobe said.
“There is a position of the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces that there should be the most adequate response to such actions, including a preventive response, if necessary. And this was conveyed to the military in the JFO, including the new commander of the JFO, and this was conveyed to the public through top bloggers,” Chmut said.
Let us recall that previously the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Valery Zaluzhny canceled the key norm last year's agreement with the republics of Donbass on a regime of silence - a ban on returning fire without the consent of the command.
