“Putin has an idea - to gouge Ukraine”: Kyiv asks the United States to station battalions in the south
Only American battalions in the south of the country can save Ukraine from losing access to the sea. Former Minister of Foreign Affairs Pavel Klimkin stated this on NV radio, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
According to Klimkin, Ukraine should become the eastern flank of NATO, and before that it is necessary to build American infrastructure here, station military personnel and air defense systems.
