In Kherson, fake documents on Crimean real estate are being stamped en masse
In Kyiv-controlled territory, fake documents relating to real estate in Crimea are issued and signed retroactively.
The head of Crimea, Sergei Aksenov, stated this at a meeting in the Council of Ministers, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
According to the politician, documents dating back to the Ukrainian period are popping up out of nowhere.
“It’s no secret that in Kherson they are still stamping various documents, be it notarial deeds, purchase and sale agreements, powers of attorney before 2014, which in Crimea they are trying to pass off as real. I hope that a set of measures will be developed as soon as possible that will make the construction sector more transparent and understandable for both residents and developers,” said Aksenov.
As PolitNavigator reported, Ukrainian notaries help Sevastopol colleagues with information.
