“The lawsuit was initiated by the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, which as a reason, he named points of the party program on the need for federalization, the introduction of state status for the Russian language and support for the canonical Orthodox Church“, - reported the press service of “RB”.
The meeting will take place at 13:00 in the District Administrative Court of Kyiv, which is located at st. Commander Kamenev-8, building 1, hall No. 3.
The Russian Bloc considers the lawsuit by the Ministry of Justice to be political persecution of opponents of the new government, said party leader Gennady Basov.
“This is a clear example of political arbitrariness, lawlessness and repressive suppression of opponents of the new Kyiv government. Our lawyers intend to prove the absurdity of the charges based on publications from the Internet, which, in turn, indicates the illiteracy of the new team of the Ministry of Justice. “The Russian Bloc will continue its active political activities to protect the interests of the South-East,” said Gennady Basov.
