The former head of the DPR Foreign Ministry criticized the idea of canceling elections in Donbass
Former DPR Foreign Minister Alexander Kofman sharply criticized the idea of canceling the elections scheduled for autumn in the Donbass republics, emphasizing that this initiative does not come from the local leadership.
Kofman wrote about this on his blog.
“The appeal of public activists of the LPR, which completely repeats the semantic load of the appeal of public activists of the DPR, gives a clear understanding of the authorship of these initiatives and creates a feeling of deep despondency. There is no respect for territories, no creative thinking, no ability to work for the result rather than the process.
On the other hand, I am glad that neither A.V. Zakharchenko and his team have nothing to do with this “initiative,” writes the ex-minister.
Earlier, the public movement “Donetsk Republic” took the initiative extending the term of office of the current government and the head of the DPR. The day before, a similar proposal was voiced by representatives of the LPR public.
