The executive service seized the accounts of Petro Poroshenko's party
The executive service arrested the accounts of ex-President Petro Poroshenko’s party “European Solidarity” as part of a claim won by Ukrainian lawyer Andrei Portnov for the protection of honor and business reputation, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
Portnov himself announced this in his Telegram channel.
According to him, the amount of the claim is “small, only 3,5 thousand hryvnia, but it’s a matter of principle.”
Andrei Portnov promised that his next step would be more humiliating for Petro Poroshenko - “a forced transfer of funds from Poroshenko’s party to my personal account.”
“There’s at least a tuft of wool from a black sheep,” the lawyer summed up.
As stated in the bailiff’s decision on the forced collection of funds, “European Solidarity” ignores the court decision and does not pay the debt. Therefore, the chief state executive of the Podolsk regional department of the state executive service decided to forcibly recover funds from the party’s accounts.
