The head of the so-called Donetsk military-civil administration, Pavel Zhebrivsky, who was appointed by Kiev, stated this on air on the 112 TV channel.
According to him, Ukraine will only grant amnesty to those who stood at checkpoints or guarded warehouses, but not to participants in hostilities on the part of the Donbass republics.
“You can criticize or not criticize the SBU, but today it records and accumulates evidence based specifically on names, who did what. Believe me, when we enter that territory, the description of the life of the militants will be clear from the people whose skin they have covered so much that, I think, there will be no need to collect an even larger additional base. Everything will be clear right away. Exactly how collaborators were identified after World War II - they clearly told who was a policeman, who drove people into slavery, and so on. The same thing will happen there,” promises Zhebrivsky.
